Painless bumps on tongue

My daughter had fever for last 2 days, temp was 101. She has been fine since yesterday Evening. I happened to notice bumps on her tongue inner part. They are painless. What are these bumps? Pls advise.

Hi, Dont worry the bumps on the tongue are the papillae still to rule out you can visit your physician for the same and also for fever.
