Painkillers during pregnancy

I m taking strong painkiller Flexon for headache and ketorol Dt for toothache.. so now i m palnning to have a baby. So i want to switch to those medicines which i can take during pregnancy. So which medicines i shoul take for both the pains so that i can take them during pregnancy also. Also, Dolo does bot give me any relief. Please suggest medicines apart from Dolo.

In pregnancy nothing us safe besides dolo So treat the cause of toothache ... connect with a dentist to check fr caries N a neurology opinion for headache Rather than taking painkillers
