I am 5 weeks pregnant.Which painkiller can I take for headaches.i get headache vvery frequently.pls suggest me a painkiller which can be taken during early pregnancy

You should share me your obstetrician details about any previous history of  abortion. And more symptoms like headach and leg pains and haemoglobin level
