Hi Sclerotherapy is an option for varicose veins, there are other treatment options depends upon the type and grade of varicose vein. lasers are the option apart from surgical. Well i manage most of the varicose veins with sclerotherapy injections and the results are satisfactory. I suggest you to have some home remedies also like leg elevation at bedtime and stockings during day.
