My periods are regular - 28cycle/5days. I suffer from extreme pain on the first day of my period such that its difficult for me to get up from the bed due to the pain. I dont feel weakness but there is vommitting sensation, I throw up anything that I eat or drink anything on 1st day. From 2nd day onwards its almost painless. What do these symptoms indicate?

It's normal, you can take tablets during that time for the symptoms to subside
