Painful ejaculation and watery sperm

I took pari CR forte tablet, clonafit beta tablet and carispec 1.5 mg tablet from a pshyiciatrist from 15 days. When I was taking them then I was not getting any erection in my penis. Now I have not taken them for 15 days and now I am having watery sperm and pain in penis after ejaculation. What should I do please help me.

It's due to pari cr ..it may cause sexual side effects..so need to replace medicine with other medicine which don't have sexual side effects ..
