I am facing this issue from 3 years. small bumps on whole scalp,upper chest and back which pains and itchy too.all these bumps have white yellowish beads in it which comes out in hand on scratching and gets scarred after that.it's most prominent on scalp.After a day of washing scalp(very dry at that time),it starts paining on scalp skin and withing 2-3 days it becomes oily painful itchy and same type of beads attached to hair bulb(it can be removed and normal hair bulb can be seen) come out on scratching.I have lost most of my hairs due to this.
