I am 21 years old and I seem so have am very uncomfortable feeling on my left side under my ribs it’s like a gurgling sensation and it is also very painful to breath when walking around , I have had this befor around 3 months ago and it went with in 6-7 days but it’s come back and would like to have some idea of what it could be

Hi You didn't mention about cough. Usually costo chondritis causing these type  of pains. as it's a public forum i could not prescribe medications.
