Painful breast feeding

My breast hurts while feeding and even after feeding. It hurts even aftr using nipple sheild. I had cracked nipples bt it is completely healed now. It hurts for more than 2 hours after breast feeding..its hurts in the nipple and the areola area... theres no mlik duct too.. pls advice.
