1. I get very painful boils which are red, itchy and painful n they grow big in size and doesn't disappear until they burst. I get this either under legs in the pubic area or in arm pits. I used to use Sofradex f and it was very effective but now it is discontinued. Pels help with an alternate solution and diagnosis. 2. I have extreme vaginal dryness, itching and discharge which is very uncomfortable. Pls suggest. 3. I have piles which are dry and painful. Pls help I am obese and also have pcos but no BP or diabetes.
