Pain while passing urine in male
My father is 67 years of age. He has been complaining of pain that comes while passing urine. Same complaint even my uncle had few days back. So what can be the reason of pain while passing urine in males? I am anxious that I would also get it so what to know the cause?
Painful urination is a common sign of urinary tract infection . It can also arise due to inflammation in any organs of the urinary tract such as urethra,bladder,ureters or kidney. In men painful urination can aslo be due to the inflammation of prostrate gland in a condition called prostatis.Inflammation of bladder lining also causes painful urination. Would suggest to meet up with a urolgist so that he can do the necessary investigation and ultrasound and find the underlying cause for the symptom
