Pinching pain while passing stool, earlier blood used to come but now only pain. used gutclear syrup and sitcom and all was well but after one month again getting pain

This looks to be a anal fissure.. Therefore pain and bleeding.. Use laxative... Sitz bath.. Lox 2% local ointments... It wil heal
