Pain while passing stool
I'm a patient of Ulcerative colities and I've been using mesacol Od for the same. I'm feeling pain in the anus while passing stool. There's blood in the stool at times as well which might be due to ulcers but then the pain in the anus is not just while passing stools even when I sit normally or sleep it pains . Also when I touch i feel theres small ulcer kind of thing at the anal opening which is the reason for pain. Is that anal fissures? Or piles ? Or something else.? What shoud I do??
What is the extent of disease,if limited to Rectum,may get such symptoms,however if your disease is in remission possibility of anal fissure may be likely,you need rectal examination
