Pain while Erection

I've been facing pain while erection since a few days now, to be precise 20. Have taken antibiotic to cure the pain which could have been due to skin infection but it didn't relieved much. It got better temporarily or I could say disappeared 70% but not much! Now am scared what could be the possibility since I'm facing it almost everyday Thanks in advance
