Pain under right ribcage on backside

I have been experiencing pain under right rib cage mainly on backside when I am sleeping. Pain become intense early morning and having loose stool.done MRI rib cage, CT pancreas but no issue found. I am having GERD issue in past and my gall bladder is removed due to stones @15 year back. Please suggest.. thanks

[ ] Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .Other causes of lower right pain abdomen are appendicitis and right uretric stone colic. Take light food for few days. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
Next Steps
This pain may be due to gastritis. get a upper gastroscopy done to rule out same
