Age 74 diabetic and bye pass surgery in 2013 patient (jukaam nzla from last 2-3 days) suggest oral tablet for pain and sensation in head ear and jawa chin gums areas since last night.

NSAID s analgesic tablet is not good for you as you are diabetic.take only paracetamol tablet sos for pain relief.visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
