hello der pain in the sole have many causes it depends upon ur occupation diabetes related foot ulcer nerve damage in feet hardened arteriea in legs and feet corns warts advice apply ice to affected area use foot pads rest ur foot and elevation of foot consult surgeon and orthopedician.
