Sometimes randomly tooth starts to pain. I have noticed it to be usually before or after eating or drinking something hot or cold and sometimes during cold climate. I don’t have a history of cavity. Could this be?

Get your teeth checked in a clinic. Might require xrays to rule out cavities or pockets. Treatment will be done accordingly.

Hello. I guess you should visit your dentist because there are chances of hidden cavities which you are not able to notice, in the your tooth which is hurting. Get your teeth checked.:-) And keep smiling:-D
