Hello. I have this pain on the left abdomen for over a week. It feels like burning. It hurts when I move around. My friend said I might have lipoma. I have taken xray last week but for different reason. I just want to know if this is lipoma on the left side? That's exactly where the pain at.

Hello, if you have abdominal pain, you should be getting a USG. The round space on the left is you gas shadow of the stomach. But do get it reported by a radiologist. A lipoma should not pain, only if there has been some kind of trauma. And if you can't feel it on the skin, chances of trauma are minimal. Please get a USG and this X ray reported by a radiologist
