Pain on one side of the face and eyes.

I might have been exposed to Covid 19 last month but I didn't get tested and did not show symptoms either. Before two weeks, I developed black patches on my right hand that are still present. Before a week, I started feeling pain on one side (left) on my face which developed first at my jaws which then spread to my, teeth, TMJ and behind the eyes. It is shooting pain which gets worse over the time. I was diagnosed to be pre-diabetic a couple of months ago however yesterday my blog sugar levels were at 86. Should I be worried and get myself tested just to be on the safer side? What kind of tests should I get immediately to rule out mucormycosis?

I understand with COVID-19 and such symptoms it can be worrying. May I know what is your age? Are you on medications for diabetes? The darkening could be sign of insulin resistance. Shooting pain in TMJ area does it happen spontaneously or any trigger? Your symptoms could also be suggestive of trigeminal neuralgia if its shooting pain.
