Hi sir, being diognosed as OSMF III 6 months back, Chief complaint is that round shape ulcers on lips 4 months ago, went on growing, now The ulcers area has started painful, as no biopsy couldn't be happened, now Perhaps SQAMOUS CARCINOMA has starred Spreading. As no ULCERS could be painful, how pain started lips ulcers area and from entire root of teeth upto lips This is osmf III case with 10 years Tobacco chewing case Please guide me.
