I have a mild pain/discomfort/tightness near the left collarbone and the left part of my chest feels heavy sometimes,I have consulted a cardiologist and he said that my heart is fine after doing an ECG, blood pressure stays around 125/80 to 119/75 and heart rate is around 60-64,I have no trouble breathing or swallowing but the discomfort and tightness around the collarbone simply won't go away,it's been a month now

Hello there. I can understand your concern. A detailed clinical history along with clinical examination will be required to know what it is.
