Had a fall yesterday while playing cricket. Pain near the knee region. Unable to bend or walk straight due ti the pain

Pain due ro local inflammation Do some hot water fomentation locally and apply a pain relieving analgesic gel Take a pain killer containing Paracetomol 500 mg twice a day

If no relief see a GP or a Orthopedic Surgeon
