Hello I'm 27 years male with high obesity and suffering from thyroid. There is a pain in left side and feeling heavy whole left side from past 7 days and pain is like pinching effect and some times it is shifting to left wrist and sometimes right elbow. This is like in intervals...Is this cardiac related
