So, i am getting a abdomen pain. Its not continues. It's like 2-3 times every 1hr. Whenever it pains i feel the tendency to use the loo but it's a false call. Sometimes the pain leads to flatus. It's happening since a week. Has it anything to do with my smoking habit?

One week is good enough time to seek consultation from a local doctor in your area. We should accept that Tele-consultation can never be as precise as consultation from a Doctor who examines you. Please consult a General Physician in your area.

Yes. Smoking cigarettes affects the entire body, not only the lungs and respiratory system.  When smoke is inhaled into the body, it also enters the stomach and intestines. Tobacco is a known irritant to the digestive tract that can cause bloating, cramping, gas, and stomach rumbling.
Next Steps
consult for better evaluation and treatment.
Health Tips
try to reduce your frequency of smoking...i know it's difficult but try ok. don't self medicate.
