Pain-like sensation in left shoulder

My mother is 82 years old. Last year she had two stents put in her and is on medication. Recently she complained of pain in her neck and a pain-like sensation in left shoulder blade and chest. She broke her femur in 2012 and used to take nsaids. But after stenting she only takes ultracet tablet once in a while. Is this pain heart-related?
