Hello, can a diabetic patient (high blood sugar) age 56 years old take a pain killer such as nimesulide or paracetamol? Is it safe. She is on daily insulin injections.

Paracetamol in 1 gm dose work good as painkiller. Avoid NSAID because it affects kidney specially in diabetic patients.
