I have pain just below left rib since month now. More pain when i stand long or seats or breath deep. Pain gradually goes if i lay down. Generally no pain during night.

If not it may be due to costocondritis,gastro esophageal reflux disease,pleuritic pain... Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
