I have this pain in my left wrist and thumb ,making it difficult for me to sometimes lift things up .The pain is usually worse at night .I first had this pain during my pregnancy but at that time it was negligible.Currently I am 9 months postpartum and the pain has become worse.Sometimes my thumb too gets locked in a painful position and has to be bent back in shape manually .What is this and how to treat it at home ??
