According to me Extraction is a better option because wisdom tooth are not used in oral function and is considered of no use. Rct can also be done if there is proper access to it and proper visibility. But I would suggest for Extraction if there is less accessibility to it.

It can surely we corrected by root canal treatment but the most appropriate treatment modality for wisdom tooth infection is extraction. Regards
