I am in pain in various muscles and joints... And mostly of them are in left... I have pain in left shoulder , cervical, Left hand and left knee ... can whole body mri help in finding any pinched nerve?

Its unusual for ur age to have such pain.  Doing mri will not help u much. It seems u r less active.  U need to start work out.  If still pain then see an orthopaedic surgeon near u
