I would advise you to meet an MD physician to get evaluated properly and undergo investigations such as your
thyroid profile, X-ray of chest, CT/MRI(if required). Kindly record your BP on a regular basis and write it down in a book. These following lifestyle changes may help you:
- Don't skip meals, have a well balanced diet with a lot of green leafy vegetables
- Reduce or Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food
- Exercise regularly and reduce your weight to the ideal weight as per your BMI, Kindly don't crash diet.
- Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters
- Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit
- Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
