Pain in upper right arm just below shoul

My mother 83 yrs old, Parkinson's patient, is suffering from pain in upper right arm just bow shoulder. No swelling or redness. Shoulder was stiff and movement restricted..she could not lift her arm wiyhout pain for changing clothes or bathing. Now with some mild exercise which she does on her own and some application of warm towel, she fets some relief. But pain still there especially at night. Pl advice

Your mother has symptoms suggestive of Frozen shoulder.
Next Steps
She will need good Physiotherapy. Pain killers are not the only treatment
