My wife is 7 months pregnant and she is having pain in upper abdomen. I have done blood test and ultrasound but nothing was found. Kindly guide me.

Hello gastritis and due to increase in size of uterus may lead to this pain its better to consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
