My throat is paining while eating and drinking. I have a boil right side tonsil area and ear from the same side is paining.Do I have to take any medicine?

hello,need to see whether it is acute tonsilities,grade and video call consult would be better,as of now to reduce your pain gargle with salt water with luke warm temp,
