Whenever i have cold i I experience pain the tooth already capped but now the pain is little bit more not able to drink cold water ( As I suffer from cold now), it is said that is is due to sinus pressure

We need to take X-ray of the affected tooth and reexamine already treated tooth to see any re infection or sinus issue . Please do that.
