Pain in the throat
Hello
few days back i suffered from cold ,
from that day onwards i feel pain in my throat ,so i took azithromycin tabelets,it felt better for three days but after that pain statred again...plazzz suggest?
This episode doesn’t seem to be a continuation of the last one. It is the time of year for viral infections and you may develop secondary bacterial infection.
Please take Tab. PCM 500 TDS, saline gargles, drink plenty of fluids.
If the symptoms persist for another 3 days you can start taking the following meds:
Tab. Levoflox 500 mg OD
Tab. LCZ 5mg HS
Tab. PCM 500 mg TDS (to help with the pain and reduce fever or body ache if any)
Tab. Pan 40 mg BBF (for gastritis due to meds)
Cap. Vizylac 1 cap OD.
Saline gargles/steam inhalation/plenty of fluids.
Please avoid taking these meds if allergic.
