Pain in the neck radiating towards right arm and shoulder. MRI report has been attached please share the problem

As per your report n symptoms, you need immediate treatment, cervical collar, cervical exercisees. Care of cervical spine is a must. You can chat with me on practo . Needs early intervention. Be careful.
