Pain in the left side of the chest

I have been experiencing pain on the left side of the chest while breathing. It also feels heavy when i m sitting. Since the past month this has increased. I don't smoke or anything however i have lived in delhi for the past 3 years.  I have general anxiety and when i feel anxious it starts feeling heavier on the left side of the chest. What could be the reason behind this?
