Pain in the left side of neck and back

For past 2 days, I am getting pain in the left side of neck and back while swallowing food or drink . It happened suddenly and now this pain is getting uncomfortable. It's not increasing but maybe it's because of some nerve or something. Can you please suggest what can I do? I have no history of any ailments or heart issues. Thanks!!

It may be due to muscle spasm. Take Tablet myoril A two times a day. Diclofenac gel for local application. Take medicine for 3 days.  If not relieved then go for investigations.
