Pain in the large intestine

There is a sever pain in the middle region of the large intestine,don't know the reason it appears in intervals at sometimes.Please,need help.

Take tab albendazol chewable one tab with two tab Bisacodyl HS one dose only, every fortnightly for three times. Tab.Secnil two tabs once daily for two days.
