I have pain in the left side of my face from ear to chest .I also have mucus congestion in my chest and constipation.Along with that, i have a sour taste in my mouth and i have a continuous urge to drink something but when i do immediately after that i have the same feeling. Whenever, I try to move or sit i feel uncomfortable but when i lie down on the left side of my body, i feel relaxed.This is happening from last 2-3 days

Your symptoms are suggestive of reflux disease It may further Lead to gastritis Take Pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach in the morning Avoid having spicy and heavy meals Regular exercise Drink plenty of water High fibre diet For constipation you can take Syrup Duphlac 2 tbps three times a day
