Hello sir I have pain in the upper left chest and in the centre also, I have attached my ecg for this complaint, I'm feeling discomfort with this complaint and also I have pain on the back left also, my have checked BP for one week which was 110/70 on average and I'm not diabetic. When I feel pain I'll get tensed and feel like increase in heartbeat, pls help me doctor
