Hello.... the lesion u are referring to can be an infected pilonidal sinus which occurs usually in this area. Its due to the chronic friction, and the superadded infections in this area. Usual treatment includes appropriate antibiotics until the infection settles down followed by surgical removal of the sinus to prevent recurrence.
