Pain in stomach right sid

I have been medicated for D Acne vulgaris and taking Isotretinoin 20mg tablet under medication by a dermatologist. Since last night I suffered from pain in right side of abdomen or just below belly area. I have searched on Google about the same tabd found it might be a condition of appendix pain but I didn't have any other symptom of appendix like fever, vomitting or nausea right now so is it appendix pain or  some gas pain or something else. Please give your suggestions
