hello. left side stomach pain and chest pain is usually gastritis. since you smoke and consume alcohol, chances of you getting gastritis is high which could turn to ulcer as well. kindly do a full body check up and is possible a ultrasound abdomen and consult a physician. if your chest pain is significant you might need an ecg. to determine that you need to consult a physician.
