I am having pain in my abdomen and lower back after sex. What is the cause of this pain? Is it serious or not?

Pain abdomen can be due to many causes like,pelvic inflammatory disease, Cervical erosion, fibroid uterus, Endometriosis ectopic pregnancy, intercourse just After delivery And Caessarion section, Sexually transmitted Disease.
Next Steps
Ad ultrasound of abdomen and to rule out the above conditions and colostomy etc.
Health Tips
Avoid sex just after delivery and during Menstruation etc
