Pain in shoulder and right hand. Can't do any work using right hand. Stiffness experienced sometimes. Severe pain in shoulder and hand.

Hello,rotator cuff injury , frozen shoulder , injury to the nerve all these are the possibilities shoulder joint x ray is required to know the cause , stiffness around the shoulder joint suggestive of frozen joint , but it's not as simple , you consult orthopedic surgeon in the nearest hospital.
