I am experiencing moderate pain in my scrotum, even from a slight touch, it's paining badly. It's really bad, that I can't move freely. It started suddenly while i was masturbating a couple of hours back. Please help me.

This pain is due to infection in testis called as epididymo orchitis.. common after masturbation. Get an Urine routine and microscopy test, Urine culture and sensitivity test and USG scrotum done. Get back to me with report. Meanwhile use tight underwear so that testis should not be hanging.. T. Ciplox 500 mg twice a day T. Rabium 20 mg twice a day for 7 days.
