Doc am suffering from pain in my scrotum,area between testies and rectum.i can feel it is swollen and when I touch the area the pain increases,suggest me what to do

Hello....... It could be perineal hernia or cyst ,need to be treated. If you ha previous surgery, chance of hernia is more... In males it could be related to prostate.. Bur these are vague guess based on your explanation.. Hence local examination is must in these conditions. Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital.....
